Feel like you could use training on running a business? Need help in identifying what your social enterprise needs in order to flourish?

Business Support involves MSEI and Greater Merseyside Enterprises working together to give access to the type of business advice that any business needs to develop. Some of this will be general advice but, where your project requires it, it will be made specific to the particular needs of social enterprises.

Sure you’ve got a business plan that will work, but need the financial backing to get it off the ground?

Money with Management has two main strands:

A small grant for start-up businesses that can demonstrate a robust business plan

Sustainability Investments are available for established social enterprises comprising a mix of grant and loan. MSEI resource for this aspect is grant money but will be awarded on condition that other available sources of loan finance are used. Sustainabilty has now closed to new applicants.
